Four things to have ready

Have these sorted and most signings take fifteen minutes. Not sure about one of them? Ask when you call — it’s faster to fix beforehand.

Valid photo ID

Current government-issued ID with a photo, signature, and physical description. Expired IDs and photocopies can’t be accepted.

Unsigned documents

Leave signature lines blank. Anything requiring a jurat must be signed in front of the notary.

Every signer present

All signers named on the document need to be there, alert, and signing willingly.

Witnesses, if required

Some documents need one or two witnesses who aren’t named in the paperwork. Tell us early and we’ll plan for it.
